Water Smart Landscape Rebate
There’s no better time than now to convert to water smart landscaping! Whether you do it yourself or hire a contractor, the Southern Nevada Water Authority will rebate single-family residential properties $3 per square foot of grass removed and replaced with desert landscaping up to the first 10,000 square feet converted and $1.50 per square foot thereafter per property, per year.
Non single-family residential properties (commercial, HOAs, multifamily, etc.) will receive a rebate of $3 per square foot for the first 10,000 square feet and $1.50 per square foot thereafter, without regard to passage of time or the number of project phases undertaken.
